Essential technology
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technology to deliver the website securely, balance traffic and protect the service. The website also stores your analytics-cookie choice in your browser so that it can respect your preference. These functions are required for the site to operate as expected.
Google Analytics
With your permission, FireX uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors reach the website and whether an enquiry is successfully submitted. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics”. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising on this website.
Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. These cookies can remain for up to two years unless you delete them or withdraw consent.
You can reject optional cookies when first asked or review your choice below. Rejecting analytics does not affect the operation of the website.
Project assistant
The menu-based Project Assistant keeps its current view only in page memory. It does not set cookies or use local storage for your choices, and does not send them to an external chatbot or AI service. Your selection is lost when the page closes or reloads.
Enquiry form
The contact form sends information to FormSubmit when you choose to submit an enquiry. FormSubmit may use cookies on its own pages for service or security functions. Its privacy terms describe those functions. No FormSubmit tracking script is loaded by this site before submission.
