The agreed inspection considers the frame, clearances, seals, hardware, glazing and operation, together with visible surrounding interfaces. Routine visual checks and a detailed condition survey have different scopes. Concealed construction or unsupported product information is identified as a limitation rather than assumed to be satisfactory.

What evidence is provided at handover?+
Records are agreed for the contract and may include asset or location references, photographs, product information, tested-detail references and completion status. Scheme certification is included only where the particular work and supporting evidence qualify within the applicable certified scope.
